Our Story
We started our company because we saw medium to small businesses struggling with people issues, from talent acquisition to retention. They lacked the time, resources and expertise to effectively manage Human Resources, resulting in legal challenges, employee turnover and dissatisfaction. We founded Strategic HR Perspectives and Solutions, to be your dedicated HR partner providing remedies for everything from recruitment to on-boarding, sourcing, learning and development, to ensuring compliance and fostering a positive workplace culture.

Patricia Hudson
Patricia is a Senior HR Leader and a seasoned HR professional of 30+ years with experience working with Fortune 500 companies as well as Not-For-Profit Organizations. Patricia has worked across many different industries and has extensive training in her field. She works with stakeholders representing diverse points of view to develop and implement solid policies to ensure a thriving community.

Pierce Hudson
Pierce is a Talent Acquisition Specialist with 11+ years of experience and 7+ years in Technical Recruiting. Pierce has an advanced technical skillset and the ability to identify the personality traits of a good working team. Pierce is experienced in Government, For-Profit, and Not-For-Profit sectors and has worked with multiple high-profile and Fortune 500 clients.
